The location is convenient for Orford and Woodbridge. Snape Maltings, the renowned concert venue, has scenic views of the Alde estuary, fine dining, shopping, as well as a regular farmers' market on offer just a short drive away.
The village hall also hosts a limited number of larger camping and caravan rallies and has proved popular as a summer folk festival and scouts camping site.
